Lizano sauce is of Costa Rican origin, this is a perfect condiment for cooking, seasoning and enhancing the flavour of chicken, beef, pork, fish, seafood, rice, soups, hamburgers, sandwiches, french fries, eggs, beans or any of your favourite dishes.

Developed in 1920 by the Lizano company. It is a thin, smooth, light brown sauce. It is meant to be used while cooking or at tableside to flavour food when serving.

Our original recipe is a mixture of vegetables and spices such as onion, cucumber, cauliflower, carrot cumin and garlic.
