Tortilla chips (salty) are fried, crispy, corn chips that are intended for direct consumption, or are suitable for baking with grated cheese – NACHOS. However, they are most often served in a bowl with sauce. Thanks to their slightly salty flavour, they are an ideal treat for sitting with beer or wine.
