The pasilla chili has an intense flavour that is slightly spicy, toasted and with sweet notes. The combination of this chili with onion, garlic and a little cilantro results in a great-tasting and delicious sauce.
San Miguel makes its sauces with great care and taking maximum care of its ingredients, which are roasted in a griddle thus enhancing its flavor, then they are ground in a volcanic stone molcajete giving it the flavor of our land.
Ingredients: Fire roasted tomatillo, water, pasilla chilies, fire roasted tomato, jalapeno pepper, onion, garlic, sea salt, citric acid and xanthan gum.
