Salsa Valentina is a brand of pourable hot sauce manufactured in Guadalajara, Mexico, it’s one of the best selling chile sauces in Mexico. Is described as thicker than Tabasco sauce and less vinegary, with more chili flavour. The sauce is known for its use as a condiment on several Mexican foods, especially tacos, and its taste, not only for its heat. Ingredients: water, chili peppers, vinegar, salt, spices and sodium benzoate (as a preservative).
You can drizzled over crisps, popcorn, chopped cucumber, eggs, chicharrones and to add heat & flavour to snacks. Also used on tostadas, ceviches and as an ingredient for “salsa a la diabla”.
