How to warm your tortillas
Open the package, warm them on a pan at 80’C for 8-12 seconds on each side until warm and flexible. Or warm in a microwave, by wrapping a few in a lightly damp clean cloth. Warm in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds.
Ingredients: water, corn flour, salt and acid regulator calcium hydroxide (for nixtamalization) and stabilizer cellulose gum.
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, wrap tightly in foil or a zip-lock bag, refrigerate and use within 3 days.
