Ingredients: Amaranth flour, Tapioca flour, natural flavour (Pecan), Caramel colouring, Sweetener (Stevia Glycosides), Calcium Propionate (Preservatives).

To dehydrate them again, place the Wafers separated in a baking tray and bake them at 180ÂșC for a couple of minutes and they will be crunchy again.
