4 Simple steps to prepare your delicious Hot Cakes.
1. Measure 1 cup of Hot Cakes mix, 3/4 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 egg in a bowl. Mix with a wire whisk for 15 seconds, until lumps disappear.
2.-Preheat lightly greased griddle to 190 degrees C).
3 Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle. Bake for 90 seconds.
