Description
This Pure Arabica requires mineral-rich soils, a constant temperature (20°C) and grows at high altitudes guaranteeing superior quality. It comes from the Chiapas region, on the southwestern border of Guatemala, on the Pacific coast, where one of the rare plantations can offer us beans guaranteed without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. These organic washed arabicas are excellent and distinctive. Highly appreciated, this species produces very good quality fruits with an elongated shape. Cultivation at high altitudes gives its aromas more delicacy. Flowering lasts until the end of May for harvests from November to January. The best harvests will be at the heart of the harvest.
