Use Chipotle Morita Chile Flakes anywhere you would normally used crushed red pepper flakes – on pizza, in salads, soups, stews and anywhere you want some authentic Mexican flavour. Spice up mushrooms with Champinones Al Ajillo (Spanish Garlic Mushrooms). Add to Oaxacan Guacamole to add heat and depth to this fresh, creamy dish. It goes well in Caldo Tlalpeño (Chicken and Chipotle Soup), a healthy chicken soup loaded with vegetables. They add deep, peppery contrast to tart Roasted Salsa Verde.
