De Arbol Chili Powder is a relative of the cayenne and shares its acidic heat and thin flesh with tannic and smoky flavours as well as grassy tones. Use this chili in sauces, soups, and stews.
We Mexicans put Chile powder on fruit because we like spicy food whether sweet or savoury and it tastes so good, try it with your favourite fruit or vegetable (orange, pineapple, nectarines, carrots, mango, watermelon, etc, etc, etc…..) you will not regret it.
